Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.
Six Sigma is a set of techniques and approaches that strives for near perfection, by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. Its philosophy states that anything that is less than ideal provides an opportunity for improvement – defects are costly and having the proper understanding of a company’s processes and how to improve them is the most efficient way to achieving greater results.
We believe that “perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence”. This blog is dedicated to understanding the philosophy and the principles of process improvement – and to do so, we use our theoretical and practical knowledge gained during the course Quality & Customer Service, as well as during other courses in our programs.
